Nature, Encyclopedias Go Head to Head, December '05

3. Provide a blog entry with a minimum of five or six paragraphs on the topic. Though you should convey that you've read the articles and found additional articles, your goal is to provide a "take", a perspective on the topic. What do you think? What are the advantes of an on-line encyclopedia vs. a traditional one. What are the disadvantages?
4. Create an account on the wiki110 page if you haven't already. Here's the Wiki Main Page. Be sure to log on to the wiki prior to editing, and to add a name/timestamp to each entry (its the second to last icon on the edit toolbar).
5. Add at least four paragraphs to the class wiki on the topic at: Class Commentary Page for Wikipedia. At least two of those paragraphs should be a comment on another student's entry, i.e., the wiki should be a conversation, not a series of individual works. Note that its okay to repeat your blog comments on the wiki. Be sure and mark your comments with your name!
