Musician Alex Teodorescu was inside the Colectiv Club in the Romanian
capital, Bucharest, when the fire broke out that killed 27 people
and wounded scores more.

UPDATE: The number who died has now risen to 31 and this number
could double, according to medical officials with experience in treating
burn victims.
UPDATE: A team of burn specialists has arrived from Israel to provide aid
in treating the dozens who are being hospitalized with critical injuries,
some of whom will need to have their charcoaled limbs amputated.
UPDATE: The government of Moldova has sent an ambulance, under
military escort, with over 700 liters of blood for transfusions.
